Sunday17th– Southern Area Grand Slam – Redbridge Community School, Cuckmere Lane, Southampton SO50 9NL – small competition great for novice fighters, but also caters for more experienced.  Doors open 9 am estimated to finish by 3pm.  This is a register on the day and pay on the door.  If you would like to take part, please let me know in advance, and please make sure you have a full sparring kit. 

Thursday 21st– available for grading

Thursday 28th - 5pm to 6pm – Sparring Session

Saturday 30th - Squirrels 9.30 am – running a session for scouts ages 4 to 5; if anyone would like to come and volunteer to help run the session

Saturday 30th – 11.30 Red Belt Grading

Friday 6th – 8.30pm Christmas – or Winter Holidays Meal out.   Abror Lounge. Two courses £22.50 per person or £27.50 for three.  If you would like to come, let me know as soon as possible. We have to put down a £5 deposit per person and let them know what we would like to eat in advance (menu attached)

 

Monday 16th to 23rd December closed as we have our family holiday booked

 

Happy to run sessions on Tuesday 24th – just let me know if you would like to train
