These exercise classes are designed to give you a full-body workout, using a mixture of different exercise techniques including cardio, weights, stretches and static holds used in both Yoga and Pilates..
When and Where
Every Wednesday Thursday morning 9:30am to 10:15am - 45mins session to get you ready for the day
What to Bring
Bring a small towel if you want to wipe up your hard work sweat and bottle of water
What to Wear
Sportswear which is easy to move in. Bare feet or indoor trainers (indoor trainers are ones which have never been used outside)
